Sikaflex®-522 adheres well to a wide range of substrates and is suitable for interior and exterior elastic sealing and bonding. It is suitable for applications in areas with air ventilation and temporary contact with food. Suitable materials include wood, glass, metals, primers and paints (2-component systems), ceramic materials and plastics. Seek advice from the manufacturer and perform tests on original substrates before using Sikaflex®-522 on materials susceptible to stress cracking. This product is only suitable for experienced professional users. Tests with actual substrates and conditions must be carried out to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
