Safety coupling lock
AL-KO Safety coupling locks are approved by the Swedish Theft Protection Association, which guarantees complete security both when the trailer is attached to the car and when it is parked. In addition to AL-KO Safety locking the ball coupling itself, it also blocks the ball coupling's mounting bolts. It is therefore not possible to unbolt the ball coupling from the trailer's drawbar.
AL-KO Safety Premium is one of the few coupling locks that meets the stringent standards of the Swedish Theft Protection Association. Svensk Brand & Säkerhetscertifiering AB (SBSC) has carried out testing and certified the lock. The "certified product" decal guarantees that the lock meets all Swedish insurance companies' requirements.
