Protecting your valuable outdoor equipment—such as bikes, portable generators, tables, chairs, or other camping gear—can be a challenge, especially when you’re on the road or parked at a campsite. Fortunately, the Cable Alarm offers a simple and effective solution by seamlessly integrating with your RVsecure Security System.
The Cable Alarm is a flexible cable that works by creating a closed circuit. To secure your equipment, simply thread the cable through or around the items you wish to protect, such as the frame of your bicycles, the handle of your generator, or your outdoor furniture. Once the loop is connected and the base is placed back into its holder, the sensor monitors the circuit—if the cable is cut, disconnected, or tampered with, an alarm is immediately triggered. Removing the base also triggers the alarm.
This solution is ideal for securing outdoor equipment that might otherwise be vulnerable to theft, particularly when you are away from your RV or sleeping. It’s especially useful for larger or bulky items that cannot be stored inside the vehicle. Because it’s directly linked to your RVsecure alarm system, any disturbance triggers an alert, ensuring you are notified in real-time.
