Omnia Upper grilles
Cook one dish at the bottom of the pan and another one above it. You save gas, washing up, and valuable time.
Depending on what you are cooking, the food on the rack can add flavour and seasoning to the dish at the bottom of the pan.
Here are some examples of how you can use the top rack.
Spread potatoes and vegetables at the bottom of the pan. Make small cuts in some spicy sausages and place them on the top rack. The delicious flavour from the sausages will then season the potatoes and vegetables at the bottom. Another option is marinated chicken, which will add flavour to vegetables and potatoes.
Another option is to oven-bake small sweet tomatoes at the bottom with oil and herbs while toasting bread slices on the rack above.
You can also cook a gratin or pie at the bottom of the pan and simultaneously prepare vegetables on the top rack. Or why not a breakfast omelette at the bottom while your breakfast bread gets ready on the rack.
